As Christmass approaching, almost everyone likes to be creative to make it completely different from the past ones. There is no better time to exchange gifts than Christmas. If you feel it is a little difficult to choose special Christmas gifts for your family, relatives and friends to express your appreciation, why not make homemade gifts by yourself? I believe it will be a unique holiday this year.
Make sure you get the right kind of candles. Basically, theres one right kind of Christmas Candle and a lot of wrong ones. The bottom line: your candle must fit the candle holder. Tapers, votives and table candles are too fat. Birthday and candles are much too thin. Dont try to improvise. Order genuine Christmas Tree Candles when you order your candle holders. That way youll be sure youre getting the right thing.

Now you have a pile of cards with colourful squares onto front. Add a greeting underneath, using a sticker, stamp or your own handwriting (or get the kids to do the writing, if they are able too) Note: Dont worry if you dont like your own handwriting - no one else will be as picky as you and it will add to the personal touch and charm of the cards.
Fold the card in half and then paste the artwork squares onto the front, towards the top (checking the opening is to the right-hand side), using the gluestick. If things are getting too messy, stop and get the kids to wash their hands and start again. Using scrap paper on the table top makes cleaning up much easier. Allow the cards to dry. If they get a bit twisted, lay the cards under a heavy book overnight to flatten them out.
Are you planning to make your own Christmas cards for the upcoming holidays? Are you worried about the funding associated with buying numerous gifts? Worry no more because you can save money by making your own greeting cards. Christmas is not only the time to commemorate the birth of Jesus Christ, but it is also the season of gift giving and sharing of blessings to friends, loved ones, colleagues and less fortunate individuals.
